Diana takes your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.


Live Well Personal Training delivers a Shape Your Life program through personalized fitness training and nutrition guidance, led by licensed and fully insured personal fitness trainer Diana.  Diana brings all fitness training equipment to you, providing privacy, convenience and a flexible schedule a gym cannot offer.

Diana is a Graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), in personal training and nutrition consulting. 

At Live Well Personal Training, Diana provides personalized fitness and nutrition programs to individuals, partners, sports fitness groups, seniors and children of any age remotely from anywhere!
